This is the Alliant Power AP0068, a new 2-wire pigtail: a new connector with its wires, to repair a damaged connector on the wiring harness.
Alliant lists it for the IPR valve and HEUI injector connectors on the 7.3L Power Stroke, T444E and DT466E family, the IPR valve and turbo vane actuator connectors on the 6.0L Power Stroke, VT365, VT275 and MaxxForce 5, and the turbo vane actuator connector on the 2011 to 2017 6.7L Power Stroke, as shown under Fits.
The pigtail is sold each. Alliant shows it as a related part on its AP63401 and AP63512 IPR valves.
