This is the Alliant Power AP63401, a new injection pressure regulator (IPR) valve with the edge filter. It replaces Ford F4TZ9C968C, F4TZ9C968CB and 2C3Z9C968BA and International 1824982C91, 1833798C91 and 1841279C91.
Alliant lists it by engine serial number: the Ford 7.3L Power Stroke up to serial 187,099, the International T444E from serial 500 through 216,543, and the International DT466E and I530E up to serial 998,705.
Later engines take the valve without the edge filter, AP63402. Alliant lists its AP0003 seal kit for this valve.
