Cat C4.4 & C6.6, Perkins 1104D & 1106D Common-Rail Fuel Injector | Alliant Power AP55002 Remanufactured
The Alliant Power AP55002 is a remanufactured common-rail fuel injector for Caterpillar C4.4 and C6.6 and Perkins 1104D-E44TA and 1106D-E66TA Tier 3 engines. It replaces Cat 10R-7672 and 320-0680 (earlier 292-3780 and 306-9380), Perkins 2645A747 (earlier 2645A734 and 2645A718) and 4226779M1.
Each injector is rebuilt with a new control valve and nozzle, then calibrated. It comes with a new nozzle tip gasket and sealing O-ring installed, plus its trim code on a USB drive. The trim code must be loaded into the engine ECM after install. These engines use several injectors that look alike, so match the number on your old injector before you order.

Load the trim code from the included USB drive into the engine ECM after install, using a service tool that supports Cat or Perkins injector trim codes. The nozzle tip gasket and O-ring come installed. Clean the injector bore, cap open fuel lines while you work, and change the fuel filters.
