This is the Bosch 0432133854, a new nozzle and holder assembly for the Cummins 6BTA 5.9L marine engine, the six-cylinder B series. It replaces Cummins 3897197. Cummins sells the exchange version of the same injector as 3802621. Opening pressure is 260 to 274 bar. It is the complete injector, set and ready to fit.
Mechanical injectors wear at the nozzle. A dribbling or stuck nozzle shows up as a miss, black or white smoke, fuel knock, hard starting or fuel in the oil. Pop test the old set before you condemn the pump. Replace them as a full set, one per cylinder, so every cylinder opens at the same pressure. Bosch 0432133787, which replaces Cummins 3939696 and 4089270, is a different 5.9L injector. Do not mix the two.

Fit a new sealing washer under each injector and clean the bore first. Tighten the hold-down and the line nuts to the engine maker’s figures, bleed the lines, and check for leaks at the return connections. Change the fuel filters at the same time.
