Genuine Holset remanufactured electronic turbo actuator, part number 4032772HX, for the HE351VE variable-geometry turbocharger on the 2007.5-2012 Ram 6.7 L Cummins. Rebuilt and calibrated by Holset, not a generic aftermarket motor — the actuator has to be matched and swept to the turbo it drives or the vane position never lands where the ECM asks for it.

The actuator is the part that fails long before the turbo does. Low power with no boost, a stuck or sticking vane, a wastegate-position or turbo-actuator fault code, or a truck that goes into a derate on a grade are the usual reasons one of these leaves our counter. Replacing the actuator alone is a fraction of the cost of a complete turbo, and on most of these trucks it is the whole repair.

Two install notes worth reading first. Drain the coolant from the turbocharger before fitting the actuator — installing against a wet turbo is a known cause of premature actuator failure and can void the warranty. And this is not a plug-and-play part: it has to be calibrated to your turbo with the Holset E-Tool once fitted. If you are not set up for that, we can handle it here.
