This is the BorgWarner 175788, a new 12 volt electronic actuator for the S300V variable geometry turbocharger used on the International / Navistar DT466 7.6L. It is a new BorgWarner part, not a rebuild. BorgWarner catalogs it as a 12 volt actuator kit, and parts catalogs also call it the Smart Remote Actuator.
