2019-2020 Ram 6.7L Cummins Dual Feed Port Fuel Rail | Bosch 0445226167 New
This is the new Bosch high-pressure fuel rail for the 6.7L Cummins in 2019 and 2020 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups and Ram 3500, 4500 and 5500 cab and chassis trucks. It is the dual feed port rail, with two supply ports for the two high-pressure lines of the CP4.2 pump these trucks were built with. It replaces Cummins 5348915 and Mopar 68447760AA.
The rail comes with the rail pressure sensor and the electric fuel pressure regulator installed. It is the rail FCA (Ram) calls for in its Y78 recall parts kits when a failed CP4 has sent metal through the fuel system. Trucks that already had the recall CP3 pump fitted keep this same dual port rail, with the second supply port closed off by a block-off nut.

Keep every port capped until the lines go on and keep dirt out of the system. The sensor and pressure regulator are already fitted. On a truck converted to the CP3 pump under recall Y78, only one supply line is used and the second supply port on the rail is closed with a block-off nut (Cummins 5688160, Mopar 68573999AA). FCA’s recall instructions call that nut a one-time-use part, so plan on a new nut with the new rail. After a CP4 failure, FCA’s procedure also replaces the injectors, connector tubes and high-pressure lines along with the rail.
