Bosch 0445124047 is a new, genuine Bosch common-rail injector for the standard-output 6.7L Cummins in 2019-2021 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups (68RFE automatic, 850 lb-ft rating). The same injector is the factory part for the 6.7L in 2019-2021 Ram 3500 Chassis Cab and 2019-2020 Ram 4500 and 5500 Chassis Cab. It replaces Cummins 5364205 and Mopar 68444791AA. Sold as one injector; the engine uses six.

Typical reasons to replace: hard starting, rough idle, misfire, white smoke, or a missing or ticking sound. On these trucks, injector failures most often come from bad fuel (water or debris) or from power adders that raise rail pressure, so find and fix the cause before new injectors go in. High-output 3500 pickups with the Aisin transmission use a different injector (Bosch 0445124039) that looks the same, and 2022-2024 standard-output trucks use Bosch 0445124062. Earlier 2007.5-2018 Rams use 0445120-series injectors, such as 0445120342 on 2013-2018 pickups, which are a different part.

Fit a new fuel connector (feed) tube with every injector; the Bosch tube listed for this engine is F00RC00647, sold separately. Replace the fuel filters and clean out any water or debris before start-up, since contaminated fuel is the most common reason these injectors fail. Note the code printed on each injector before install, and follow the Ram service procedure for your VIN for any programming or relearn step after replacement.
