2021-2024 Ram 6.7L Cummins Single Feed Port Fuel Rail | Bosch 044522623D New
This is the new Bosch high-pressure fuel rail for the 6.7L Cummins in 2021 through 2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups and Ram 3500, 4500 and 5500 cab and chassis trucks. It is the single feed port rail, with one supply port for the CP3 pump these trucks use. It replaces Cummins 5623817 and Mopar 68533289AA.
The rail comes with the rail pressure sensor and the electric fuel pressure regulator installed. The 2019-2020 rail looks almost the same but has two supply ports, so the two are easy to mix up. Replace the rail after a pump or injector failure has put debris through the high-pressure side, or when the rail itself is damaged or leaking.

Keep every port capped until the lines go on and keep dirt out of the system. The sensor and pressure regulator are already fitted, so nothing needs to be moved over from the old rail. If the rail is being replaced after a pump or injector failure, deal with the injectors, connector tubes and high-pressure lines at the same time so debris does not reach the new parts.
