This is a new, genuine Bosch CP3 high-pressure common-rail fuel pump, Bosch 0445020377. It is the factory pump for 2021-2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 6.7L Cummins. Mopar lists it as 68533241AA and Cummins as 5622801. The CP3 is a three-piston radial pump. Ram went back to it for 2021 after using the Bosch CP4.2 on 2019-2020 trucks.

Water and dirt in the fuel are the usual pump killers, and high-mile pumps also wear out. Hard starting, low rail pressure codes and loss of power are common signs. If the old pump failed without contamination, this is a direct replacement, and a stock truck does not normally need new tuning. If there is water or metal in the system, clean or replace the rail, lines and injectors first.
