On EPA07 to EPA12 engines, fit adapter harness 5347703H between the truck harness and the actuator. The actuator comes fitted to the turbo, so do not lift the turbo by it. Use new gaskets, check the oil feed and drain for restriction, and clear the cause of the old failure before the engine is started.
