This is the Alliant Power AP90969, a Holset HE300VG variable geometry turbocharger remanufactured by Alliant Power for the Cummins ISB 6.7L at the EPA21 emissions level. It replaces Cummins 5603709, 5603691 and 5601460. It is a complete unit: the remanufactured electronic actuator is included, along with the turbo to manifold gasket, the oil drain gasket, four M10 double-ended studs and four flange nuts.

Low boost, turbo actuator or turbo speed fault codes, a sticking nozzle ring, oil in the charge air pipes and shaft play are the usual reasons these turbos come off. The actuator comes with the turbo. Do not lift the turbo by the actuator. Use the gaskets, studs and nuts supplied, check the oil feed and drain lines for restriction, and deal with the cause of the old failure before the engine is started.
