This is the Alliant Power AP0149, a new high-pressure oil rail adapter. Alliant also calls it the high-pressure oil rail ball tube. It replaces Navistar 1841923C98.
Alliant lists it for the 2004 to 2006 International DT466, DT570 and HT570, the 2007 to 2014 MaxxForce DT, 9 and 10, and the 2015 to 2017 N9 and N10.
Alliant says its AP0148 oil rail adapter socket is required to install it. The socket is a separate part number. This adapter is sold each.
