2007.5-2012 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins Fuel Rail (Pickup and Cab & Chassis) | Bosch 0445226044 New
This is the new Bosch high-pressure fuel rail for the 6.7L Cummins in 2007.5 through 2012 Dodge Ram and Ram trucks. It fits Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups and Ram 3500, 4500 and 5500 cab and chassis trucks from those years. It replaces Cummins 4937282 and Mopar 68005440AA.
The rail comes with a new rail pressure sensor and a new pressure relief valve installed. A relief valve that bleeds fuel back to the tank is a well-known cause of low rail pressure on these trucks, and many shops change the whole rail to get a new valve and sensor in one step. The rail should also be replaced after a pump or injector failure sends debris through the high-pressure side.

Keep every port capped until the lines go on and keep dirt out of the system. The sensor and relief valve are already fitted, so nothing needs to be moved over from the old rail. Use new sealing washers on the relief valve return banjo. If the rail is being replaced after a pump or injector failure, deal with the rest of the high-pressure side at the same time so debris does not reach the new parts.
