This is the Bosch 0445120193, a new common-rail fuel injector, not a rebuild, for the 6.7L Cummins in 2007.5 to 2012 Dodge Ram and Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups. It replaces Cummins 5253220, 4940095 and 4981076 and Mopar 68069384AA, 68027067AA and 68027067AB, and it crosses to the older Bosch numbers 0445120050 and 0445120185. Bosch’s remanufactured version of the same injector is 0986435518.
Hard starting, white smoke, a miss or a ticking noise that traces back to one cylinder are the usual reasons an injector gets replaced. Water or dirt in the fuel is the common cause, so fix the fuel problem and change the filters before new injectors go in. This is the pickup injector. Bosch lists cab and chassis trucks of the same years under other numbers: 0445120204 without SCR (2007.5 to 2010) and 0445120188 with SCR (2010.5 to 2012). 2013 to 2018 pickups take Bosch 0445120342. The engine takes six injectors.

Fit a new connector (feed) tube with every new injector. Bosch lists tube F00RC00647 for this engine, and it is a separate part. Use the new copper sealing washer and O-ring that come with the injector. Change the fuel filters and clean out any water or debris before the first start.
