Bosch 0986435415 is a Bosch remanufactured piezo common-rail injector for the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke. Bosch supplies the factory injection system on this engine and remanufactures these injectors to its original-equipment test specs. It fits 2011-2014 F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty pickups, and 2011-2016 F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty chassis cabs. The 6.7L takes eight injectors, and this one Bosch number covers all eight cylinders.
Common reasons to replace one: hard starting, white smoke, rough running or misfire codes. Most 6.7L injector failures trace back to fuel: water, dirt, or metal from a failed CP4 high-pressure pump. If the pump has failed, plan on cleaning or replacing the whole fuel system, because debris left behind can ruin new injectors. Watch the model-year split: 2015-2019 pickups and 2017-2019 chassis cabs take a different injector (Bosch 0986435433).

Program each injector’s IQA code into the PCM for the cylinder it goes in, using Ford’s diagnostic software or a scan tool that can write injector codes. The high-pressure feed line and hold-down bolt are not included. The lines are cylinder-specific and sold in two groups (cylinders 1, 2, 7, 8 and 3, 4, 5, 6). Use a new nozzle washer and O-ring on every injector, keep all fuel openings capped, and start with new fuel filters. If the CP4 pump has failed, clean or replace the full fuel system before the injectors go in.
