The Bosch F00BC00120 is a new, genuine Bosch CP9L2 high-pressure fuel pump for the Cummins QSK19, the 18.9 L inline six used in mining, marine, rail and generator equipment. It is a banked-piston common-rail pump that feeds the QSK19 modular common-rail (MCRS) fuel system. Cummins has sold this pump under several numbers, including 2888712, 4306517, 5471751 and 5471846.

A CP9 is usually replaced after low rail pressure faults, hard starting or loss of power, or after water or dirt got into the fuel. If the old pump failed from contaminated fuel, clean the tank and lines and change the filters before the new pump runs, or it can fail the same way. Cummins also used a different Bosch pump, F00BC00045 (Cummins 4334415), on some QSK19 engines, so match the number on your old pump before you order.

Keep everything clean: cap open lines and ports, fit new fuel filters and prime the low-pressure side before cranking.
