Catalogs list it for Case IH Axial-Flow 8010, 8120 and 9120 combines, Steiger 380, 385, 430 and 435 and STX380 and STX430 tractors, New Holland CR9070 and Tier 3 CR8090 combines, New Holland TJ380, TJ430, T9030 and T9040 tractors and Case 327B, 330B and 335B articulated dump trucks. It also takes the place of the earlier CNH numbers 504128354, 504154922 and 504099014, and the Bosch remanufactured version is 0986441027. It is a unit injector: the pumping element and the nozzle are one piece, driven by the camshaft, one per cylinder.

A miss under load, a cylinder that will not carry its share, fuel in the oil, hard starting or black smoke all point at a worn unit injector.
