The Bosch remanufactured version of the same injector is 0986435663.

Check the number before you order, because these machines were built with more than one injector. CNH 5801453888 is the injector for the earlier engines. Later engines in the same tractors and combines take CNH 5801906153, and the 7240 and 8240 list a third number, CNH 5801692383. The engine serial number decides it. Rough running, a rail pressure fault, hard starting, white or black smoke, fuel dilution in the oil or a cylinder that fails a cutout test are the usual reasons these get replaced. Rule out the fuel filters and supply pressure first.
