This is the Holset 5500859H, a new HE300WG wastegated turbocharger for the Cummins ISX12 G natural gas engine. It is a new Holset turbo, not a rebuild. It replaces Cummins 5455781 and 5357389 and the remanufactured Cummins 5455781RX and 5357389RX, and it carries the Holset numbers 5350775 and 5500858.

This is a turbo for the natural gas ISX12 G. It is not the variable geometry turbo used on the diesel ISX12 or ISX15, and the two do not swap. The wastegate actuator is fitted to the turbo. Low boost, a boost control fault, oil in the charge pipes or shaft play are the usual reasons these get replaced.
