Bobcat sells these as its own 1.8L and 2.4L ULPC engines and uses them in its 400, 500 and 600 frame loaders, Toolcat work machines and compact excavators. It matches Doosan 400903-00074D and Bobcat 7516848, which replaced Bobcat 7275454.

Common reasons to replace it: hard starting, rough idle, misfire, smoke, low power, injector fault codes, or damage from dirty or wet fuel. Program the injector trim code into the engine ECU with a scan tool that supports the Bobcat/Doosan engine. Bobcat’s parts listing says the injector must be programmed after install and warns that skipping it may damage the engine. Flush the fuel system and change the filters first, because this Delphi system does not tolerate dirt or water in the fuel.
