Bobcat / Doosan D18 1.8L & D24 2.4L Common-Rail Fuel Injection Pump | Delphi EX836101 Remanufactured
Delphi EX836101 is a Delphi remanufactured common-rail high-pressure fuel pump from the DFP4 family. It fits the Doosan D18 (1.8L) and D24 (2.4L) Tier 4 diesels used in Bobcat compact equipment, including the E32, E45, S450, S530, S570, S590, S595, S650, T450, T550, T590, T630 and T650. It replaces Bobcat 7249380 and 7334040 and Doosan 400912-00219A and 400912-00219B. The new Delphi pump for the same engines is 28526888.
Delphi remanufactures each pump with a new inlet metering valve, head assembly and transfer pump, replaces every O-ring and seal, and tests every unit. A worn pump usually shows up as hard starting, low rail pressure codes, power loss or stalling. If water or debris took out the old pump, clean the tank and lines and change the filters before start-up, or the new pump can fail the same way. EX is the prefix Delphi uses on its remanufactured part numbers.

Clean the fuel system before fitting, especially if the old pump failed from water or debris. Fit new filters, then prime and bleed the low-pressure side per the Bobcat or Doosan service manual. Sellers list the box contents as one remanufactured pump.
