Bobcat / Doosan D24 2.4L Fuel Rail for S590, S650, T590 & T650 | Delphi EX850000 Remanufactured
This is the Delphi EX850000 remanufactured high-pressure fuel rail for the Bobcat / Doosan D24 2.4L four-cylinder Tier 4 engine with the Delphi common-rail system. It is the remanufactured version of Delphi rail 28240435 and replaces Bobcat 7516849 and 7030409 and Doosan 150120-00062A. Bobcat lists that rail for the S510, S530, S550, S570, S590, S595, S630 and S650 skid-steer loaders, the T450, T550, T590, T595, T630 and T650 compact track loaders, the E42, E45, E50, E55 and E85 compact excavators and the Toolcat 5600 and 5610.
The rail has five threaded high-pressure ports, one for the line from the pump and four for the injector lines, and it comes with the rail pressure sensor fitted, as pictured. Rails are usually replaced after a fuel contamination failure, when metal from a worn pump has gone through the system, or when a line seat or the sensor seat is damaged and will not seal. Two things to check before you order. Later Bobcat machines with the Gen 2 engine use a Bosch fuel system and a different rail (Bobcat 7386502), and that includes late builds of models named on this page. And the D18 1.8L and D34 3.4L rails look similar but are different parts.

The model name alone is not enough. Bobcat lists the S510, S530, S550, S590, S630, S650, T450, T550, T590 and T595 under both this Delphi rail and the later Bosch-system rail 7386502. Leave the protective caps on the ports until each line is ready to go on, and keep the work area clean. If the rail is being replaced after a pump failure, deal with the pump, injectors, high-pressure lines and fuel filter at the same time, or the debris left in the system will damage the new parts. Tighten the line nuts and mounting bolts to the Bobcat service manual values and check for leaks before the machine goes back to work.

Will the Delphi EX850000 fit my Bobcat S650 or T650?
Yes, if it has the D24 2.4L engine with the Delphi fuel system. Bobcat lists this rail (7516849, formerly 7030409) for the S510 through S650, T450 through T650, E42 through E55 and the Toolcat 5600 and 5610. Later builds of several of those models, the S650 included, have a Bosch system that takes a different rail, so call 530-668-0818 with your serial number and we will check.
What part numbers does EX850000 replace?
It replaces new Delphi rail 28240435, Bobcat 7516849 and 7030409 (and the REM versions of both), Doosan 150120-00062 and 150120-00062A, and OE number 46668901.
Is this rail new or remanufactured, and is there a core?
It is remanufactured by Delphi Technologies and comes with the rail pressure sensor fitted. There is a core on it, and the old rail has to come back complete with its sensor. A broken connector is accepted, but a burnt or fire damaged rail is not.
Is this the same rail as the Bobcat D18 or D34 rail?
No. The D18 1.8L rail (Delphi EX850002, Bobcat 7516853) has four ports for the three-cylinder engine and fits the E32, E35 and S450. The D34 3.4L rail (Delphi EX850001, Bobcat 7516850) fits the S740 through S850, A770 and T740 through T870. Neither one swaps with this D24 rail.
