Delphi 28347042 is a new Delphi DFI 2.5 common-rail fuel injector for the Doosan-built D34 3.4L Tier 4 engine, which Bobcat sells as its 3.4L engine. Bobcat uses the 3.4L in its 700 and 800 frame loaders, such as the S740, S750, S770, S850, T740, T750, T770, T870 and A770, and in the V519 and V723 VersaHandlers. It matches Doosan 400903-00043E and Bobcat 7261663.

Replace it for hard starting, rough idle, misfire, smoke, low power or injector fault codes. Do not mix it up with the D18/D24 injector (Delphi 28337917, Doosan 400903-00074D). They are different parts. Each injector has a trim code that must be programmed into the engine controller after install. A remanufactured exchange version is sold as Delphi EX631089.

Program the injector trim code into the engine ECU with a scan tool that supports the Bobcat/Doosan engine. Use a new copper sealing washer and O-ring. Flush the fuel system and change the filters first, because this Delphi system does not tolerate dirt or water in the fuel.
