Kubota 15263-52030 is a new, genuine Kubota mechanical fuel lift pump. Kubota describes it as the fuel pump assembly without primer lever: a diaphragm pump on a two-bolt flange, driven by a plunger off the engine, with two hose fittings. Kubota lists it for the B1550, B1750 and B2150 tractors, the F2100 front mower and the M4030 and M5030. It is also the current number for the older 15381-52030, which Kubota used on the B5100, B6100, B7100, B8200 and B9200 families, on L series tractors from the L2250 and L2550 up to the L3750 and L4150, and on the M4050, M4500 and M4950. It crosses to Bobcat 6666850.
A weak lift pump starves the injection pump. Look for hard starting, surging, loss of power under load or an engine that dies once it is warm. A torn diaphragm can also leak fuel at the pump or let fuel into the engine oil. Rule out a plugged filter, a blocked tank vent and air leaks in the suction hose before you replace it.

This pump has no primer lever. Kubota sells fuel pumps with a primer under other numbers, such as 16604-52032 and 19844-52030, and they are not the same part. Fit a new mounting gasket and seat the pump plunger squarely on its drive before you tighten the two flange bolts. There is no primer lever on this pump, so bleed the fuel system the way the tractor or engine manual describes. Then check both hose connections for leaks and for air being drawn in.
