2004-2017 International DT466, DT570 & MaxxForce DT G2.9 Injector Seal Kit | Alliant Power AP0026 New
This is the Alliant Power AP0026, a new seal kit for one G2.9 injector. Alliant lists it for the 2004 to 2006 International DT466, DT570 and HT570, the 2007 to 2014 MaxxForce DT, 9 and 10, and the 2015 to 2017 N9 and N10. It replaces International 1842624C92.
Alliant’s picture of the kit shows two seal rings and one chamber gasket. That is the same set Alliant lists in the box with one of its remanufactured G2.9 injectors, so this kit is for injectors you are taking out and refitting.
The high-pressure oil rail has to come off to reach these injectors. Its seals are a separate kit, Alliant Power AP0025.

Alliant lists its remanufactured G2.9 injector AP66976 with the chamber gasket installed and two injector seal rings in the box. This kit is for injectors you are taking out and refitting. Call 530-668-0818 with the injector number and we will check what comes in the box.
Does it include the oil rail seals?
