This is the Garrett 892147-9001S, an AVNT3788 variable vane turbocharger remanufactured by Garrett for the 2015 to 2016 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke in the F-250 and F-350 Super Duty pickup. It replaces Ford FC3Z-6K682-A and FC3Z-6K682-B. A refundable core applies. The new Garrett version of the same turbo is 892147-5001S.
It is for pickups only. The 6.7L cab and chassis trucks of those years take a different Garrett turbo, and so do the 2011 to 2014 and the 2017 and later pickups. Ford changed the turbo oil feed during these years, from an external line to an internal passage in the pedestal, and some 2015 and 2016 trucks have since been fitted with the 2017 and later turbo. Read the number on the turbo that is on the truck now before you order. Low boost, a vane or actuator code, oil in the intake and shaft play are the usual reasons these come off.
