Bosch 0445117094 is a new Bosch common-rail injector, not a rebuild, for the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke. It fits 2015 to 2019 Super Duty pickups (F-250, F-350 and F-450) and 2017 to 2019 chassis cabs (F-350, F-450 and F-550). It replaces the earlier Bosch number 0445117043, and it crosses to Ford FC3Z-9H529-A through FC3Z-9H529-F and Motorcraft CN-6019, CN-6020, CN-6037 and CN-6038. Sold as one injector. The engine takes eight, and the same injector fits every cylinder.
The 2015 and 2016 chassis cabs did not get this injector. They kept the 2011 to 2014 design, Bosch 0445117096, until the 2017 model year, so check the body before you order for a 2015 or 2016 truck. The Bosch remanufactured version of this injector is 0986435433. White smoke, a hard start, a rough idle or a miss are the usual complaints, and dirty or watered fuel is what kills these injectors. Each injector has its own IQA code that has to be entered into the PCM, and each one needs a new high-pressure line and hold-down bolt when it goes in.

Each injector carries its own IQA code. Enter the code for each cylinder into the PCM with a scan tool when the injector goes in. Fit a new high-pressure line and a new hold-down bolt with every injector. Both are one-time-use parts, and the line for cylinders 1, 2, 7 and 8 is different from the line for cylinders 3, 4, 5 and 6. Use a new copper combustion seal, change the fuel filters and clear any dirty or watered fuel before start-up.
