This is the Bosch 0445120342, a new common-rail fuel injector, not a rebuild, for the 6.7L Cummins in 2013 to 2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups, the first Ram pickups with a diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank. It replaces Cummins 4994925 and Mopar 68210105AA. Bosch’s remanufactured version of the same injector is 0986435621.
Hard starting, white smoke, a miss or a ticking noise that traces back to one cylinder are the usual reasons an injector gets replaced. Water or dirt in the fuel is the common cause, so fix the fuel problem and change the filters before new injectors go in. This is the pickup injector. 2013 to 2018 Ram 3500, 4500 and 5500 cab and chassis trucks take Bosch 0445120187, and 2007.5 to 2012 pickups take Bosch 0445120193. Catalogs list each one for its own trucks only. The engine takes six injectors.

Fit a new connector (feed) tube with every new injector. Bosch lists tube F00RC00647 for this engine, and it is a separate part. Use the new copper sealing washer and O-ring that come with the injector. Change the fuel filters and clean out any water or debris before the first start. If your old or new injector carries a correction code, write it down before the injector goes in and follow the Ram service information for your truck for any code entry step.
